If your service exceeds the time allotted for your service, you will be charged an additional $50 per 30 min increments. All add-on services will include extra time for your appointment. Coupons and online discounts may not be combined with any other offer and are limited to one per customer per visit.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, you must notify Smooth and Shine within two weeks after your service, and I will make every attempt to resolve any issue. Remember, results may vary depending on hair texture, the health of the hair, and home care.  Retail products will only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Results will vary based on your hair type and the condition of your hair. I will give you my professional recommendation to achieve the results you want, based on the state and integrity of your hair and lifestyle. If you go against the recommendation, your chosen service may not accomplish your hair goals.

Products will be recommended to improve the health of your hair as well as maintain the results of your service. If you choose to use hair care products that are not recommended, then I can not guarantee the outcome and longevity of your treatment.

Smoothing Treatments will not be performed on hair extensions. I recommend removing extensions before the appointment.

Please color your hair right before your smoothing treatment or wait two weeks after treatment. Any hair-lightening service will strip away your smoothing treatment.

Please let me know before booking if you have thick or long hair so additional time can be added if needed.

Before performing any service, free patch testing is offered to confirm sensitivities to the smoothing treatments. If you choose not to do the patch test, I will not be held liable for any reaction.
